    Mission Statement
    The mission of the Department of Technology and Change Management is to provide proven and effective enterprise technologies that enhance communication and information management to improve productivity, business processes, and support citizen’s engagement. The department will provide counsel on change management and innovation ‘Leveraging Technology to Affect Change’ to support continued organizational development and business process improvement.

    As with many IT departments, we are challenged with doing more with less.  We are committed to deliver the best customer service that we can while staying focused on the big picture.  Adhering to the Government 2.0 model of open communication, performance management and empowerment, it is IT's goal to continually communicate our vision and progress as we become a professional proficient consulting service to sustain the City's corporate technologies and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) services.​
