    The mission of the Department of Information Technology and Change Management is to maintain a stable enterprise information technology and telephony infrastructure, guide the City corporation in leveraging proven technology, and provide counsel on organizational development and change management.

Adhering to the Government 2.0 model of open communication, performance management and empowerment, it is IT’s goal to continually communicate our vision and progress as we become a professional proficient consulting service to sustain the City’s corporate technologies and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) services.
