Chief Rahinsky will soon be launching the first ever Grand Rapids Police Department Chief’s Youth Advisory Board set to begin with the 2017/2018 school year.  The goal of the Youth Advisory Board is to engage the youth of the Grand Rapids Community, to give them a platform to discuss the issues that affect them, and to hear their thoughts on how to bridge the lines of communication between law enforcement and the next generation of leaders.  Today’s youth have strong minds, desires, and goals.  Through the introduction of this program, Chief Rahinsky will now give them a strong voice.  Stayed tuned to this website for updates and more details as we continue to lay the groundwork for a successful partnership.
