    Grand Rapids City Commission approved the process for neighborhoods to request residential parking permit zones. Rules and regulations.

    Current Zones and Getting a Permit
    Select streets in the NOBL neighborhood are the first location for residential parking.

    Creating a New Zone
    Has parking become difficult in your neighborhood? 
    Then you may be eligible for Mobile GR’s Residential Parking Permit (RPP) Program.

    Only certain applicants are eligible to apply

    Neighborhood Associations, Corridor Improvement District (CID) Boards, or Business Improvement District (BID) Boards can apply for the RPP Program. 

    What can individuals do?

    Individuals interested in establishing an RPP zone, collaborate with these groups to complete an application.
