    Tips for using Parking Meters

When using on-street parking, whether it be Downtown or in residential areas, make sure you pay close attention to the days and hours of enforcement, meter rates, rules, regulations and posted signs that restrict parking to ensure that you are parking legally on City streets.

It’s a good idea to double-check how much time you bought and whether your stay will be interrupted by any posted restrictions (e.g. during rush hour, No Parking Zones).

If you are unsure whether the area you are traveling to has metered parking, you can check out the area before your trip on this interactive parking meter map to find where you are able to park. In addition to showing parking meter options, the interactive map also features rates and enforcement hours of meters as well.
