Where do I park if I have a handicap permit?

City owned and operated parking ramps and surface parking lots have handicap accessible parking available. See information below for pricing. Permit holders with the State of Michigan yellow seal do not need to pay for parking at parking meters or if parking in a parking ramp, yellow permit handicap parkers should pull a time ticket on entry and use the help button located on the pay in the lane equipment in the exit of the parking ramp for free parking.  Please note, that only the yellow seal provides for free municipal parking.  Standard handicap placard holders are required to pay market rates for parking.
