NOTICE OF INTENT
FY 2015 NEIGHBORHOOD INVESTMENT PLAN
The City of Grand Rapids is seeking organizations with the capacity to successfully implement projects that support the Neighborhood Investment (NI) Plan. The NI Plan is the outcomes framework used to invest funds for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) programs. Proposed projects must result in achieving at least one of the following outcomes:
· Increase public safety
· Improve the condition of existing housing
· Increase the supply of affordable housing
· Increase opportunities for housing stability
· Build neighborhood leadership and civic engagement
· Enhance neighborhood infrastructure
· Increase economic opportunities
This request for Notice of Intent (NOI) is to: 1) identify potential projects that would achieve NI Plan outcomes, and 2) assess organization qualifications to successfully implement the project. Successful respondents will be invited to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP), as well as the Tax and Legal Certification form, and the Conflict of Interest Certification Forms below.

Responses to the NOI must be received electronically by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at email@example.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.
